Initial Subpoena (August 5, 2025)

House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) issued deposition subpoenas to:

• Bill and Hillary Clinton - Former President and Secretary of State
• Former U.S. Attorneys General: James Comey, Loretta Lynch, Eric Holder, Merrick Garland, Robert Mueller, William Barr, Jeff Sessions, and Alberto Gonzales
• Former FBI Directors: James Comey and Robert Mueller

The Committee also issued a subpoena to the U.S. Department of Justice for records related to Jeffrey Epstein.

DOJ Compliance (August 18, 2025)

Chairman Comer confirmed that the Department of Justice informed the Committee it would begin providing Epstein-related records, with the Trump Administration's commitment to transparency.

Records Release (September 2, 2025)

The House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform released 33,295 pages of Epstein-related records provided by the U.S. Department of Justice.

• Victim identity redaction - All victim names and personally identifiable information removed
• Child sexual abuse material removal - Any CSAM content completely removed
• Ongoing production - Additional records will be released as they are processed
